Hi Rutger,

Yes, another Sandra is interested in your apartment, believe it or not. However, I´m not nearly as economically stable as the Swedish Sandra above, but nonetheless very reliable.

I´m Dutch/Peruvian and completing a Masters at UvA in International Development Studies. The apartment would be shared between me and my best friend Gaby Felten, another Dutch/Peruvian, also doing a MA here in Amsterdam. We are both considerate and tidy people and the apartment looks particularly suitable for Gaby since she is an artist by profession and would probably find the space conducive to her art because of its unique design and color!

Though we are not employed fulltime due to our studies, we both work hard at various jobs (I am a startup entrepreneur/phD assistant/musician/student/promotions officer/guinea pig/human being) and would be able to pay the rent.

Let me know what you decide in the end. As long as it goes to a Sandra that´s fine with me :)

What a fun apartment :) I think it would be an honor if i got to rent this place!

I am Sandra and im a 22 years old girl from Sweden, I have been living here in Amsterdam for 8 months now and I am working fulltime in Koningsplein for a billing company (www.verza.com) and I have workcontract of course! :)
